Do you have an Insurance Claim?
Certain types of accidents, injuries, and the damages that result from them require legal assistance or consultation. You may think that after an accident, you must succumb to the will of insurance companies and accept their offers of payment, if any. Sometimes you may even assume that you don't have a compensable claim or that your premiums will go up as a result.
With the right legal advice from an attorney who knows the ins and outs of insurance claims, you could actually have a favorable case and may be owed money! The Miami insurance attorney at Home Insurance Claims is focused on representing people who have been harmed by negligence, but are also dedicated to seeking compensation on behalf of those who have suffered damages.
By peeling away layers of complex legalities in insurance claims, an experienced attorney can address your particular claim, explain to you the strengths and weaknesses or your case and determine whether or not you are entitled to compensation. The good news is that all insurance policies cover accidents. So, if you have an accident and suffer damages from that accident, you most likely have compensable claim.

THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH AN INSURANCE LAW FIRM IN MIAMI, FL
Insurance companies are required by law to act fairly with the persons they insure and those who are their policy holders. In the state of Florida, this requirement is known as the "duty of good faith." Insurance companies who violate this responsibility act in "bad faith," which is grounds for a policy holder to pursue legal action against an insurance company.
In recent years, insurance companies have been criticized for having little to no interest at all in their policy holders. In fact, insurance companies have vested money in hiring teams of lawyers to avoid payouts to those filing claims for wrongful injuries or damages, even when the compensation rewards are clearly deserved and entitled by the victims. In catastrophic events like hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, water line breaks, severe auto accidents, or wrongful deaths, insurance companies will work their hardest to avoid paying compensation, all while victims of such tragedies must suffer in the damages that were wrongfully inflicted upon them.
WE AREN'T AFRAID TO TAKE ON YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY!
Fighting against big insurance companies can seem hopeless and daunting. An experienced Miami insurance lawyer can help you fight back against actions of bad faith and assist you in getting back on your feet, returning to normalcy, and winning the compensation you deserve. We understand that trying to decipher insurance policies can seem very foreign or trying to translate insurance contracts on your own can be confusing and complex. Our Miami insurance attorney is knowledgeable and can assist you in interpreting your contract, then construct a strong representation for your insurance claim to counter any inconsistencies. You can be entitled to compensation, especially if you are the victim of negligence or bad faith.
CLAIMS INVESTIGATION
By purchasing any type of insurance policy, you are entering into a contract with an insurance provider. By law, this legal contract binds insurance companies to you and ensures that that they will protect you. In the event that you should you fall sick, or fall victim to an auto accident, or if your property is damaged due to no fault of your own, the contract with your insurance company should protect your well-being and your rights. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. If your insurance company acts in bad faith and refuses to cover your damages, you can counter the insurance company by enlisting in the legal help. Our attorney can vigorously dispute your claim on your behalf.
Insurance companies often try to do anything in their power to avoid paying full compensation for your injuries and damages. It is not uncommon for insurance companies to try to conduct investigations in an attempt to find inconsistencies or incorrect information on your submitted contracts. Insurance companies will try to use that as proof to somehow make your accountability decrease or use it to deny the validity of your claim.
